Polchow is an old fishing village set in picturesque surroundings on the Jasmund Bodden right at the heart of Rügen.
The waterside location enables you to enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Jasmund Bodden. Choose between the Bodden apartment with its waterside views and the Garten apartment. Both apartments have their own terrace.
Our two holiday apartments are located here, at the very spot where the sun sets over the water.
The small sandy beach on the bodden is just under 150 m. The Baltic beach on the Schaabe spit, in Glowe, is just under 15 minutes’ cycle ride away.
The chalk coast, Binz, Sassnitz and Cape Arkona are within easy reach.
Polchow is ideal for extended hikes or cycle tours. There are cycle paths leading to Cape Arkona, Bergen, Binz and Sellin.
The “Jasmund Therme”, only five minutes’ drive away, offer a swimming pool, a sauna, tennis and crazy golf.
Polchow has constant westerly winds and is a favourite haunt of windsurfers in the know.
Food shopping is possible at
Bio-Hofgut Bisdamitz - 10 minutes’ drive away, or at
the supermarkets (ALDI, LIDL) at the village of Sargard (4 km).
Both holiday apartments are approximately 36 sq. metres in size, providing simple but cosy
accommodation. You will have a living room/bedroom with a galley kitchen and a separate bedroom.
Both apartments are available all over the year.
